You usually have some GREAT workout stories to share - not so much about your personal workouts but "gym" stories.

And what about "hijinks"?  I am sure you are ALWAYS involved with hijinks, like at work.  Ever pull a practical joke at work on the owner, or rearrange the shelves because you were bored without permission?

There has got to be SOMETHING you can share on here!

Okay okay, I do have a story, tho not about MY workout . . . .

So this morning during my workout, Fabienne asked if she could get a spot on flat bench. She told me that last time she got 3 reps with 135lbs and that today she'd like to try for 4 reps. So we get into it and before we knew it her 4th rep was completed, and then she did a 5th, and a 6th, and a 7th, and an 8th, and I think a 9th! lol! Correct me if I'm wrong on the reps, Fabienne! Man, she was a MACHINE!!!! She is much stronger than she thinks she is!  wink1

Congratulations to Fabienne on her 135lbs bench press for reps!!!!  smile-thumbs-up

So just two weeks left until I get to start my contest diet for the Emerald Cup again!! I'm so excited!! I can't wait to get in shape!! I've been doing the countdown for about 8 weeks now! lol! I'm feeling good and strong in the gym, which is a great way to go into my contest prep considering how weak I feel by the end of it. The stronger I start, the stronger I will be at the end!

One day left until I start my diet for Emerald Cup!! YAY!!!! Tomorrow is New Year's Eve and I will be partaking in my usual last supper: pizza, chocolate, beer, pizza, chocolate, pizza, and beer! HA! And then the next morning I get to do my very first pre-contest morning cardio session! I so can't wait!!!!!

So I'm into my fourth week of my contest diet for the Emerald Cup and things are going well! I am getting lots of comments that people can tell I am getting leaner, so that is always nice to hear! I am fully into the groove and loving it! Strength has started to plateau, but that is always to be expected, so I am taking it in stride. 12 more weeks to go!! I can't wait!!!!

10 weeks left of contest prep, and I am feeling great and loving it! I only have 10 more pounds to lose, so it should be pretty smooth sailing! Staying in good shape in the off season certainly pays off during contest prep time! At this rate I won't have to do any night time cardio!!! If that's the case, I will be in absolute heaven, as I HATE night time cardio!! lol!

No, Julie isn't doing it this year. The timing isn't right for her as she will be just starting her practicum and she has to make that her number one priority. I will miss having her with me!

Oh! Man he is quick! I didn't realize it was up already! I did it about 2-3 weeks ago . . . haven't seen any of it . . . a little nervous about checking it out as I had the flu during most of the shooting (without realizing it) and I was not feeling at my best or strongest. The gym looks familiar  Tongue . When did they add the flat screen televisions?

I wish things turned out differently so I could have stayed Abby and trained with you again.
